Paul A. Babey, MD
Dr. Paul Babey joined North Scottsdale Family Medicine in 2004, after twelve years of practice with Cigna Healthcare of Arizona. He received his medical degree from the Medical College of Virginia and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Healthcare Family Practice residency program. Dr. Babey is Board Certified in Family Practice. Dr. Babey has extensive interest and experience in diabetes management, geriatrics, pediatrics and sports medicine. Additionally, he likes to perform minor office procedures.
Ruth L. Eckert, MD
Dr. Ruth Eckert is Board Certified in Family Practice with a special interest in women's health issues. She is certified to perform acupuncture services, and is being certified in Clinical Densitometry for osteoporosis testing. Dr. Eckert is a founding partner of North Scottsdale Family Medicine. She earned her Medical Degree from Indiana University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at the Scottsdale Healthcare Family Practice residency program.
Robert W. Hamilton, MD
Dr. Robert Hamilton graduated from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine. After his internship at Maricopa County General Hospital, Dr. Hamilton completed his training in the Scottsdale Healthcare Family Practice residency program. Board Certified in Family Practice, he has a special interest in nutrition and preventative medicine. He joined North Scottsdale Family Medicine after fifteen years of solo practice in Scottsdale.
Mark W. Heisler, MD
Dr. Mark Heisler is a founding partner of North Scottsdale Family Medicine, and is Board Certified in Family Practice, and is certified in Clinical Densitometry for osteoporosis testing. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of North Dakota School of Medicine, and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Healthcare Family Practice residency program. Dr. Heisler enjoys a special interest in the areas of fitness and sports medicine.
Mark C. Luba, MD
Dr. Mark Luba received His medical degree from UMDNJ-Robert Wood Johnson Medical School and is Board Certified in Family Practice. He completed his residency in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. Dr. Luba spent over eight years with Cigna Medical Group prior to joining North Scottsdale Family Medicine in December 2009. Dr. Luba enjoys all aspects of Family and Preventive Medicine; as well as, pediatric/adolescent medicine and general nutrition.
Scott D. Palmer, MD
Dr. Scott Palmer is a founding partner of North Scottsdale Family Medicine, and is a graduate of the Scottsdale Healthcare Family Practice residency program. He earned his Medical Degree from the University of Minnesota School of Medicine. Board Certified in Family Practice, Dr. Palmer focuses attention towards adolescent care.
Tiffany C. Pankow, MD
Dr. Tiffany Pankow received her medical degree from the University of Virginia and is Board Certified in Family Practice. She completed her residency in Family Medicine at Good Samaritan Regional Medical Center in Phoenix, Arizona. After several years in private practice, Dr. Pankow joined North Scottsdale Family Medicine in June 2006. She has a special interest in adolescent medicine, women's health, and healthy lifestyles including exercise, yoga and weight loss issues.
YaYa K. Su, MD
Dr. YaYa Su received her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine and is Board Certified in Family Medicine. She returned to her home state of California to complete her residency in Family Medicine at David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA. After several years in private practice in Georgia, Dr. Su joined North Scottsdale Family Medicine in December 2006. She has a special interest in women's health, adolescent medicine, preventive medicine and dermatology.
